A look at the FLD process and timeline
We've spent a lot of time perfecting the Fresh Look Design process, making sure that our clients feel taken care of and important, while also ensuring that we are getting all the information we need to truly make your wedding day the day of your dreams.
While our approach may adjust a little to accommodate your unique needs, we’ve come up with a general process that will help you know what to expect to make your dream wedding a reality! Here’s what you can expect.
From first contact to booking
To work with us, you’ll fill out our consultation form where you’ll provide general details about your big day, like which services you’re looking for from Fresh Look Design, your overall budget, your guest count, and other important details. Once we review and believe we may be a good fit, we’ll send over our media kit and a further questionnaire to learn more important details of your wedding day. We’ll then schedule a discovery call with you, and based on the information we receive, we’ll then be able to send you a detailed design proposal. When you decide to move forward, we’ll send your booking contract and deposit info, and then it’s finally time to make everything come to life!
The planning process
Depending on the service we’re providing for you, you’ll receive access to our amazing planning software that keeps us all on the same page. We’ll be updating design mock-ups, staying in touch with developments, and working behind-the-scenes to make your dream day come true. If you’re a full-service client that includes event planning, we’ll make sure to organized things like dress fittings, site visits, menu tastings, and more. We’ll also check in with you at the 6-month mark and 3-month mark before your wedding day!
Final details meeting
This is our final walkthrough and the chance for all details, even the smallest things, to be finalized. We’ll share our design samples with you, talk logistics, finalize the itinerary of the day, and make final preparations for the day you say “I do!”
Week of the wedding
This is crunch time, and with months of planning leading up to this moment, we’re on top of everything. We prepare floral, design, and coordinate with vendors, leaving you to focus on the other last-minute tasks that only you can do, like spending time with your family before you officially marry your soulmate.
Day of the wedding
Your big day is here! With adrenaline running through your veins, and butterflies in your stomach, we’ll take the stress off of you by ensuring that all Fresh Look Design services go off without a hitch. We’ll add the final touches to your venue, fresh florals will be ready, and all you’ll need to do is enjoy your day, and leave the hard work up to us.
